An Ergonomic Workstation Made Easy

Here are 12 ergonomic improvements for your workspace. They may have an astounding effect on your performance, productivity and even your disposition. I'm absolutely certain that with an ergonomic arrangement, you'll feel more comfortable as you work.

Situate the monitor at or below eye level, with eyes in line with a point on the screen about 2 to 3" down from the top.
