What We're Doing Behind The Scenes To Improve Our Service To You

Since our inception in 1995, the primary goal that everyone here strives for is to provide a level of customer service that surpasses Nordstroms department store. We try to exceed your expectations in every way we can.

Meetings of the Minds

For example, we have weekly meetings between our customer service reps (each of whom has extensive first-hand product experience) and our team of dedicated product specialists. They discuss customer questions and feedback so that all of our reps are constantly learning from their colleagues' customer contact.

In fact it's not at all uncommon for your feedback to make it all the way back to the product development people on the manufacturer end. We've seen it have a direct impact on future product enhancements and even entirely new features.

This much I can promise you: there is no question, issue or problem that can't get answered quickly and completely.

Getting Ready For Our New Warehouse

But even the best people are only as good as the tools they have to work with. We've been bursting at the seams for a while now...literally pressing the limits of what our facilities could do.

So, next month we'll move into our huge new state-of-the-art Internet fulfillment center, including custom-designed warehouse and office space. These new facilities will allow us to do even more of what you've come to expect from us.

Broadest Selection: We'll have the room to add all the fantastic new products we've been testing out. If you think we have a wide selection now, just wait till you see what we have in store for you soon.

Fastest Shipping: The reason we get your order out to you so fast is that we keep such a large inventory on hand at all times. (Plus, we use the fastest ground shipping method available for each order.) The new warehouse will give us the space to keep an even larger stock of an even wider array of products.

Guaranteed Lowest Prices: We'll soon be able to buy in even larger lots, achieving even greater savings that we can pass along to you.
